SHREDDED FITNESS BOOTCAMP ( Strength Training,Cardio, Mobility Exercises & Weight Lifting ) OCT 2, 2023( 4/WEEKS ) ENDS OCT 28, 2023 MONDAY 6am OR 6pm / WEDNESDAY 6am OR 6pm/ SATURDAY 6am- 7:30am / OUTDOORS —- possibly downtown when weather permits FEES, PAYMENT METHODS & DISCOUNTS Strength & Weight Training is a combined with our new Kettlebell workout. We will also incorporate cardio and mobility/Pilates exercises on Saturdays. We’ve designed this camp to assist you in building strength, endurance, stamina and muscle all while shedding few pounds and SHREDDING the total body. This camp will also assist you with your daily eating habits for your weight loss goals which includes our bi-weekly FREE nutritional Mealplans. There are no refunds on live classes. We will save our live class in the archives for 24/hours if you miss the time slot. Therefore you can go back to retrieve it to get your session completed . However it must be done within that 24 hour span.
