DETOX SOUP INSTRUCTIONS

 

Instruction For Your Best RESULTS from The Vegetable Detox Soup

 

Unthaw first it could take a couple of hours because it’s in a Mylar bag which freezes very hard to keep fresh.

 

You can heat up n a pot on the stove top or n the microwave. Your choice.

 

When you get ready to eat your soup ELIMINATE THESE ITEMS:

 

Bread

Red Meat

Sodas

Sweets

Alcohol 

Decrease your sodium intake

 

Drink plenty of water and green tea is a great source of beverage as well while detoxing.

 

Eat a nice nutritional Breakfast and do not exceed 400 cals and nothing less than 350. Your breakfast should be your largest meal of the day. Make sure you add protein to your breakfast. If you decide to do a smoothie make sure you add some egg whites for protein. Trust me you won’t taste it at all... OR you can also do a bottle of GreenGirlCleanse

 

Lunch eat a meatless large Salad ( light dressing or oil & vinegar) OR a veggie plate with 4/different vegetables. (include 2 green vegetables if you decide to do the veggie plate) or you can just drink a bottle of GreenGirlCleanse

 

For Dinner eat you one full bowl of the detox soup with a tall glass of water. Don't eat anything else afterwards. Let the soup do its work while you're  sleeping. ( DO NOT ADD ANYTHING ELSE TO THE SOUP) It's already seasoned and has everything it needs). 

You can eat this soup for lunch or dinner however I prefer dinner right before bed or you can do both ( lunch and dinner ) for even greater results but if you do both you will need two bags to last you through the week.
