These classes will be performed weekly targeting the total body ( upper and lower) Dumbbells (optional) you will want a mat and maybe a small hand towel. Although this is a 30-minute class it is sure to make you sweat. ( All exercises will be modified for your pace and fitness level). Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds on live classes. We will save our live class in the archives for 24/hours if you miss the time slot. Therefore you can go back to retrieve it to get your session completed . However it must be done within that 24 hour span.
